PULSA is a digital mobile-based learning system in the field of statistics where participants and facilitators do not directly meet face to face, but through the learning process using various learning sources through information technology, communication and other media.PULSA carries an adaptive learning design, namely the concept of learning that is tailored to the needs of users, oriented to customer focus (focus on customers), empathy (caring for customer needs), fun learning (fun learning), and meaning (meaningful).PULSA was developed by the Center for Education and Training at the Central Statistics Agency (Pusdiklat BPS) as a reference for learning statistics that can be used by various groups.
